Burma election

 

         Burma's new election will take place in April 1 this year. Burmese has been changed in a positive way after the new present Thein Sein took authority. He released some political prisoners and met with Aung San Suu Kyi the leader of NLD party. She is making a campaign in ethnic areas. The ethnics support her a lot .The latest campaign in Mon State that she went and met with Mon people. She faced with many problems during the campaign. The problem she faced was someone threw several rocks at her car, and the SPDC party said she is married to a foreigner and she has a green card from England.

Good places to eat

Western Restaurant
                       There is a lot of restaurants in Mae Sot. Restaurants are very important for people who have just arrived to Mae Sot. It is very difficult to choose a place to eat at first. I would like to suggest some places for you. Let's say you are not familiar with local food so that you would like to eat western food. In this case, the Casamia is an Italian restaurant. You can have Italian food and other Western food there. It is located near the golf sport ground.    
                   
Thai and Burmese Restaurant
                 Thai and Burma is very close but their food is very different. Some foreigners like Thai food and some like Burmese food but some like both. By the way, you are interested in eating local food but you do not know the place or restaurant name. There are not many restaurants for Burmese food but there is a one restaurant  called "Aiya". You can try Thai food and Burmese food there but they focus on Burmese food. Most foreigners like their Burmese food.

Soft Drink Place
              Mae Sot is a hot city therefore you will miss soft drinks at noon time. You can get soft drinks in any restaurant but I would prefer to go Auntie's coffee shop. You can also get fruit smoothies and many kinds of coffee. It is a very nice and cold place.

Music I like the most

       
                     I really like this music, it is a good song. The song was sang by the Scorpions. The band started up in 1965. It is a pop song and it was published in 2002. The album name is Classic Bites. The song explains that we don't need to fight for a new place because we are living under the same sky. We should should think we are the same people. We have to work together because we are working in the same place. The song is very peaceful and it about the war and the world situation.

Sport

Sport is very important for people health. Sport help to strong our body. I like many kinds of sport but my favourate sport is soccer. Soccer play in group or team so it can help for team work activity. Soccer have to run a lot therefore our body become fit and stronger.
